Delivery times: (with all products in stock)
Peninsular Spain, within 1/2 business day; Islands - Balearic; Canary Islands.
Delivery in 10 days.* (In these destinations we have to manually calculate the shipping costs, to get the cheapest possible. Delivery time up to 10 days).
If we do not receive payment in full within 7 days of placing your order, your order will be canceled with prior notice.
We cannot be held responsible for delays arising from external factors or force majeure; or delays caused by the carrier.
The client has full responsibility and right to check the material during the delivery act and always in the presence of the courier. In case of any anomaly, the client must describe the respective anomaly in the courier's guide. If it does not appear in the guide, claims for damaged products will not be accepted.
- The customer has a maximum period of 14 days, from the date of receipt, to return the order. If you want to make a return, you must communicate it by email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org; indicating the reason for the return and the sales invoice number. Shipping costs are borne by the customer (the products travel under the responsibility of the customer).
- The products cannot show signs of use or damage and must be accompanied by their original packaging, manuals and accessories, in the same condition in which they were delivered.
The refund of the amount paid will be made within a maximum period of 10 days from the receipt of the material at our facilities and will be made in the same way as the method used to pay for the product. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
- In the event that the equipment delivered fails before the first use, the client must contact customer service at the email address: email@example.com within a maximum period of 24 hours from receipt of the equipment, in order to change it, without any additional charge to the client
Sales invoices will be sent by email or by shipping.
